Help if your app isn’t working well

Restarting the app

If your OctoStudio app isn’t working well, we recommend closing the app, and opening it again, to see if that helps with your issue.

Updating the app

Please check to make sure you have the most recent update of the app.

To update on Android, go to OctoStudio on the Google Play Store.

To update on iOS, go to OctoStudio on the App Store.

We regularly update the app with bug fixes. You'll need to be connected to the internet to update.

Close other apps

If you are experiencing issues, try closing other apps that are running.

Battery power

If your phone or tablet is low on battery, it can affect the speed and other functions of the app. Try charging the device to see if this helps.

Feedback

If you are having app issues, we would love to hear more via our Feedback form. It is helpful for us to know your Device Info. To find this, go to Settings within OctoStudio, and tap Version.

Settings

Look for the Settings button on the home screen of the app
